Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons Greek oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix garlic powder, basil, oregano, cinnamon, pepper, parsley, rosemary, dill, marjoram, thyme, and nutmeg in a bowl. Add salt to taste, I like 1 teaspoon. Store in an airtight container. 

Notes

For a finer texture, blend spices in a spice grinder.
