3-ingredient Pesto Cheese Bread makes a great snack or side dish! Make it on the grill or in the oven using store-bought pesto or my easy homemade version.

To make Pesto Cheese Bread on the grill: Clean and oil grate and preheat grill over medium heat.
Cut loaf of bread lengthwise. Spread 1/4 cup pesto on each half of bread and top with one cup of shredded mozzarella.
Wrap in foil, leaving the top open, and place on grill until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
To make Pesto Cheese Bread in the oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.
