Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango passion fruit juice (see note 1)
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup peaches fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup orange sherbet
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • In the bottom of a blender, add mango passion fruit juice, strawberries, peaches, orange sherbet, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Notes

  1. Mango passion fruit juice: Look for a juice blend that contains both Mango and Passion Fruit if possible. It's okay if it also contains orange juice or something else tropical. You can find blends at most major stores including Walmart, Aldi, and Amazon. Straight-up passion fruit juice also tastes great in this smoothie.
  2. Yield: This recipe makes about 4 cups of smoothie, enough for 2 servings, 2 cups (16 ounces) each.
  3. Storage: Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Some separation and melting will occur.
