This rich, indulgent S’mores Chocolate Martini has all the flavors of your favorite summer time treat – without the camp fire! Directions for 1 drink or a batch of 8 are provided.
I love a drink that doubles as dessert, and this S’mores Chocolate Martini hits all the right notes. Emulate the indulgence of a S’mores treat with chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, and whipped cream flavored vodka (vanilla vodka works too).
To take things over the top, add a chocolate syrup rim dredged in crushed cracker crumbs. And if you can find a way to toast a marshmallow for your garnish, all the better! I toasted mine on my gas stove.

Please see the recipe card below for specific quantities.
Ingredient notes
- Chocolate syrup: Good old-fashioned Hershey’s syrup is great here! Or you can make your own homemade chocolate sauce.
- Chocolate liqueur: Godiva chocolate liqueur is my favorite.
- Whipped cream vodka: Pinnacle whipped cream vodka is widely available and delicious. Or, substitute vanilla vodka.
Step-by-step instructions
- Arrange two shallow dishes on a flat surface. To the first, add chocolate syrup in a circular pattern approximately the size of the rim of the glass. To the second, pour the crushed cracker crumbs.
- Swirl the rim of a chilled martini glass in the chocolate syrup, then immediately dredge in graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
- Fill a martini shaker with ice. Add chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, and vodka. Shake vigorously until chilled, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a toasted marshmallow and serve.
