The Presto

Start with soft oat bread and your favorite pesto (I love to make it from scratch or you can sub store-bought). Next, add roasted red peppers (roast them yourself or buy a jar). Finally, top with lots of shredded Roth Van Gogh Original Gouda.

This gouda is mild and sweet, a perfect compliment to the sweetness of the roasted peppers and the basil in the pesto!

My heart is singing.

The Texan

Start with Texas toast, obviously (also known as French Toast bread in some circles). Top with plenty of Roth 3 Chili Pepper Gouda and caramelized onions. Finish with a layer of your favorite barbecue sauce.

Roth's award-winning 3 Chili Pepper Gouda (including 1st place at the World Dairy Expo) is made with Chipotle, Habanero, and Jalapeno peppers for a fabulous tex-mex kick!

Hard to stop eating this one.

The Nord

Deli ham, fresh arugula, and Roth's exquisite Havarti Dill melt into grilled challah bread. This Havarti Dill is creamy, so melty, and tastes just like fresh dill. And when you bite into grilled challah, that crispy buttery texture is hard to beat.

Is this my favorite?

It's impossible to play favorites today.

The Californian

Grilled seed bread layer with roasted chicken, sliced Hass avocados, and so much Roth Sriracha Gouda. Sriracha Gouda has a lovely sweet-hot kick, especially when it's melted!

It's perfect with the mellow flavors of chicken and avocado.

SO GOOD.
